JoePalma Systems Sales Policies

All our sales are final, and for a very good reason please read below.

JoePalma Systems has a new policy on all Website design templates and Banners product sales. This policy has only been adopted because our system has been open to abuse by people receiving and keeping a product, and then demanding a refund. We have no way of checking if they actually deleted the product from their PC or not.

All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for all items that has been sent out via download from the Internet. Defective products will be gladly replaced. If there is a problem with any of the items or if you experience any difficulty with its download, JoePalma Systems will gladly fix the problem.

Under no circumstances may a product be returned for Full Credit. Because of our inability to monitor the removal of such products from buyers computer we cannot consider any refunds only replacements.
